Acord cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni, pentru prestari servicii de mentenanță pentru aparatura medicala din dotare, in scopul intretinerii acesteia in parametrii normali de funcţionare, la standardele cerute conform legislaţiei in vigoare, detaliate in caietul de sarcini si anexa cu cantitati estimate minime/maxime acord-cadru, la caietul de sarcini. Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritarea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 12 -a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
