Obtectul Contractului este achizitie, proiectare, montaj si punere in functiune: Module COMPASS 123-Intreruptor 123 kV, 31.5 kA pentru realizarea obiectivului de investitii: Modernizare Celula Linie 110 kV Preajba si Celula Trafo 2 110 kV, Modul COMPASS 123-Intreruptor 123 kV, 31.5 kA, statia de transformare 110/20 kV Harlesti, localitatea Trivalea - Mosteni, jud. Teleorman. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare: 17 zile.
