Description
Die Felsenland Südeifel Tourismus GmbH errichtet gemeinsam mit vier Projektpartnern (TOURISTIK GmbH Gerolsteiner Land, Zweckverband Feriengebiet Bitburger Land, Verbandsgemeinde Prüm / Tourist-Information Prümer Land, Verbandsgemeinde Arzfeld / Tourist-Information Islek) im Rahmen des Projekts "Virtuelle Tourist-Information - KI-basierte Gästeberatung" eine flächendeckende, 24/7 verfügbare, mehrsprachige und barrierefreie touristische Informations- und Beratungsinfrastruktur in der Südeifel und im Gerolsteiner Land. Das Vorhaben wird aus Mitteln des EFRE Rheinland-Pfalz 2021-2027 (Öffentliche Tourismusinfrastruktur - Tourismus 4.0) gefördert. Gegenstand dieser Bekanntmachung ist Los 3 - Künstliche Intelligenz: die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Integration, der Betrieb und die fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung eines KI-gestützten Gästeberatungssystems bis zum 31.12.2038. Das System wird als sprachgesteuerter, avatarbasierter KI-Chatbot auf den 18 Informationskiosken des Loses 1 und über die digitale Service-Plattform des Loses 2 auf den mobilen Endgeräten der Gäste ausgespielt. Die Lose 1 (Hardware) und 2 (Digitale Service-Plattform) werden gesondert ausgeschrieben. Bietergemeinschaften sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.
