Description

Die Felsenland Südeifel Tourismus GmbH errichtet gemeinsam mit vier Projektpartnern (TOURISTIK GmbH Gerolsteiner Land, Zweckverband Feriengebiet Bitburger Land, Verbandsgemeinde Prüm / Tourist-Information Prümer Land, Verbandsgemeinde Arzfeld / Tourist-Information Islek) im Rahmen des Projekts "Virtuelle Tourist-Information - KI-basierte Gästeberatung" eine flächendeckende, 24/7 verfügbare, mehrsprachige und barrierefreie touristische Informations- und Beratungsinfrastruktur in der Südeifel und im Gerolsteiner Land. Das Vorhaben wird aus Mitteln des EFRE Rheinland-Pfalz 2021-2027 (Öffentliche Tourismusinfrastruktur - Tourismus 4.0) gefördert. Gegenstand dieser Bekanntmachung ist Los 2 - Digitale Service-Plattform (CMS und Ausspielsysteme): die Beschaffung, Einrichtung, der Betrieb und die laufende Betreuung einer zentralen digitalen Service-Plattform bis zum 31.12.2038. Sie ist die Single Source of Truth für alle touristischen Inhalte und bildet die gemeinsame Basis für die Kiosk-Systeme aus Los 1, die mobilen Endgeräte der Gäste und das KI-Beratungssystem aus Los 3. Die Lose 1 (Hardware) und 3 (KI-Beratungssystem) werden gesondert ausgeschrieben. Bietergemeinschaften aus Hardware-Herstellern und Software-/KI-Entwicklern sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.
