Description
Vinje municipality intends to enter into a contract for the establishment and long-term hire of sheltered accommodations with accompanying services. The project comprises approx. 24 sheltered accommodations divided between three buildings, with accompanying service areas. The builder shall develop and construct the project, medan Vinje municipality shall be the long-term leigetakar of the completed sheltered sheltered accommodations and tenesteareala. The contract is planned to be signed with a project company under the foundation of Allstad Eiendomsutvikling AS, organisation number 995 141 450. The planned project company is omtala, which Vinje Omsorg AS. Until the project company is established, Allstad Eiendomsutvikling AS is the tenderer in the tender notice.
