Description
El objeto del contrato es la gestión de servicio “Primer el Hogar” consistente en el acompañamiento social y el apoyo socioeducativo a los participantes del Programa Primero Hogar que residen en una vivienda individual dentro de una comunidad ordinaria de vecinos utilizando la metodología Housing First. El objeto del contrato incluye la colaboración en las condiciones de vida de los participantes y también apoyar temas relacionados con la vivienda en coordinación con los proveedores de vivienda que el Consorcio de Vivienda de Barcelona indique, actualmente Hábitat 3
