Description
The contracting authority for this competition is Oslofjord Varme (hereafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority"). Oslofjord Varme is a Norwegian district heating company that builds, owns and operates systems for district heating and cooling in the Fornebu, Lysaker and Sandvika areas in the Stor-Oslo region. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer for the delivery of fuel oil to cover current energy needs in the entity. The procurement is for the following product groups: Fuel oil low sulphurBio based liquid energy products
