Description
Die Gemeinde Michendorf beabsichtigt den Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle für die Grund- und Oberschule Wilhelmshorst in mehreren Losen zu vergeben. Bei diesem Verfahren handelte es sich um das Los 1 - Baustelleneinrichtung. Die Zweifeldhalle wird auf dem Gelände der Grund und Oberschule Wilhelmshorst errichtet. Die Schule liegt eingebettet in einem Wohngebiet mit offener Bebauung, die vorwiegend aus Einfamilienhäusern besteht. Direkt angrenzend an das Baufeld steht die alte Sporthalle, welche noch bis zur Fertigstellung des Neubaus in Betrieb bleiben soll.
