AIDS w lokalizacji hurtowni farmaceutycznej wykonawcy: Część 1: Doravirine/Lamivudine/Tenofovir Disoproxil | 100/300/245mg | tabletka | 30; Część 2: Raltegravir | 400mg | tabletka | 60; Część 3: Raltegravir | 600mg | tabletka | 60; Część 4: Doravirine | 100mg | tabletka | 30; - zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia określonym w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ) oraz na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU), które stanowią załącznik do SWZ.
