Description
Sørreisa municipality needs to renew the fleet used in municipal services. The need is due, among other things, to the fact that the existing vehicles are old, and several leasing agreements expire and must be replaced. The municipality needs reliable and appropriate service vehicles that can support daily operations in a safe and efficient way. The vehicles shall be used by several municipal service areas, including particularly the health and welfare services, mental health, residential and follow-up services as well as technical services. The home care services make the vehicles an important prerequisite for carrying out daily user visits and serving varied routes between urban and rural areas. The procurement shall contribute to the municipality receiving modern vehicles that are adapted to local driving conditions and actual use. It is particularly important that the vehicles have good accessibility, are simple to use, have sufficient range for daily operations and contribute to safe and stable service performance throughout the entire contract period.
