Description
Das städtische Gymnasium Kamen soll grundlegend energetisch saniert und erweitert werden. Die Bestandsgebäude werden insbesondere wärmedämmtechnisch durch die Erneuerung der Fassaden einschl. neuer Fenster aufgewertet und der Innenbereich wird saniert. Als erste Maßnahme wird hierzu ein Neubau als sogenannter Ringschluss für 9 Fachklassen hergestellt. Hierzu gehören die in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführten Leistungen.
