Description
The project comprises the Construction of a new two storey extension to the existing school (1,753m2), containing classrooms, science rooms, home economics, music room, design and comm graphics room, ancillary rooms and Special Needs Unit along with all associated siteworks and abnormal works. The contractor must familiarise themselves with the Architects phasing drawing.
