Description
Penitenciarul miercurea ciuc are ca obiect de activitatea custodierea deținuților. Penitenciarul Miercurea Ciuc este serviciul public responsabil cu aplicarea regimului de detenţie şi cu asigurarea intervenţiei recuperative, în condiţii care garantează respectarea demnităţii umane, facilitând responsabilizarea şi reintegrarea în societate a persoanelor private de libertate şi contribuind la creşterea gradului de siguranţă a comunităţii, menţinerea ordinii publice şi securităţii naţionale. Motivarea care a generat procedura de achiziție a produselor este diminuarea stocurilor de alimente, ajungerea la termen a acordurilor cadru anterioare, la nivelul Penitenciarului Miercurea Ciuc și necesitatea completării stocurilor în vederea asigurării hranei deținuților pentru perioada noiembrie 2025-noiembrie 2026. De asemenea trebuie menționat și faptul că aceste produse nu se achiziționează centralizat de către Baza de Aprovizionare, Gospodărire și Reparații.
