Předmětem této Smlouvy je závazek Zhotovitele, že na základě Dílčích smluv provede řádně a včas opravy trakčních motorů 5ML 4144 K/6 a MLU 4245 K/6 v majetku Objednatele. Objednatelé předpokládají provedení oprav u 90 Předmětů opravy z toho v Českých drahách je předpoklad 22 ks Předmětů opravy a v DPOV je předpoklad 68 ks Předmětů opravy, přičemž toto množství Zhotoviteli negarantují
