Echipament de tip screen printer / sistem de serigrafiere de precizie, destinat aplicațiilor de cercetare-dezvoltare și prototipare în domeniul microelectronicii, microsistemelor și dispozitivelor funcționale. Echipamentul trebuie să permită realizarea de depuneri controlate sub formă de straturi funcționale, prin tehnologia de serigrafiere / screen printing, pe diverse tipuri de substraturi, precum siliciu, sticlă, ceramică, PCB sau alte substraturi echivalente utilizate în aplicații de microfabricare.
