Description
Predmet nabave je održavanje aplikativnog sustava kaznene evidencije. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave s rokovima pružanja usluga naveden je u Tehničkoj specifikaciji. Aplikativni sustav Kaznene evidencije (KE) služi za unos, pohranu, obradu i razmjenu podataka o kaznenim osudama, sankcijama i presudama. Sustav je u vlasništvu Ministarstva i smješten je u Centru dijeljenih usluga. Njegova glavna svrha je omogućiti brzu i sigurnu dostavu podataka za pravosudni sustav RH, osigurati točnu i sigurnu razmjenu podataka s nacionalnim i međunarodnim sustavima (ECRIS RI, ECRIS TCN), te pružiti različite usluge krajnjim korisnicima (pravnim i fizičkim osobama te institucijama).
