Description
Accord-cadre multi-attributaire avec montant annuel maximum exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Chaque lot fait l'objet d'un accord-cadre attribué à : 3 à 4 opérateurs économiques pour le lot 1 ; 2 à 3 opérateurs économiques pour le lot 2 (cf. article 1.3 du RC; article 1.2 du CCP) La forme du prix est déterminée par marché subséquent. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Cet accord-cadre concerne la fourniture de coupes, médailles, articles et vêtements promotionnels d'une quantité supérieure à 301 articles pour les besoins du Conseil départemental du Gard
