Upphandlingen avser VA-material för markförlagda installationer och VA-infrastruktur avsett för nyanläggning, underhåll och utbyte av vatten- och avloppsledningar samt dagvattenlösningar. Se nedan exempel: markförlagda vatten- och avloppsrör dagvattenrör brunnar (spill-, dag-, dränbrunnar) servisledningar frostskydd skyddsrör. Ramavtalet är rikstäckande. Ramavtal tecknas med maximalt 3 leverantörer.
