De gemeente Vijfheerenlanden wil de huidige telefonie- en KCC-oplossing vervangen door een toekomstbestendige oplossing die beter aansluit op de visie van de gemeente t.a.v. dienstverlening aan haar inwoners, die de medewerkers hierbij beter ondersteunt en die ook slimmer werken mogelijk maakt. De gemeente heeft gekozen om de telefoniefunctionaliteit van Microsoft Teams in te gaan zetten. -
