Raamovereenkomst voor het aanstellen van een pool van ontwerpers /studiebureaus voor publieke ruimte. Met deze raamovereenkomst wenst de aanbestedende overheid een pool van ontwerpers en/of studiebureaus aan te stellen, om gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst concrete deelopdrachten van verscheidende complexiteit en omvang in de context van publieke ruimte projecten, aan de deelnemers van de raamovereenkomst toe te kennen.
