Rahmenvertrag über die bundesweite Versorgung von adhoc-Bedarfen für Instandsetzung- und Reparaturmaßnahmen im Bereich Bahninfrastruktur und Immobilien, welche direkt in Lieferantenniederlassungen bargeldlos bezogen werden können (nachfolgend ‚Thekengeschäft‘ genannt). Die Beschaffung umfasst insbesondere typische Verbrauchs- und Betriebsartikel wie Befestigungsmaterial, Elektromaterial, Kennzeichnungs- und Arbeitsschutzartikel, Sanitär- und Versorgungstechnik, Werkstatt- und Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie weiteres Zubehör für den Instandhaltungs- und Baustellenbetrieb.
