Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz.U. 2026 poz. 663 - „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz podwozu drewna, ochrony przyrody, nasiennictwa, prace na plantacji choinkowej, prace z zakresu utrzymania obiektów turystycznych i dróg, a także prace z zakresu gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej, gospodarki przestrzennej, gospodarki wodnej (melioracyjnej), do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Orneta w roku 2027. Szczegółowy zakres prac zawarty jest w dokumentach zamówienia (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia i jej załącznikach)
