Description
Upphandlingen avser ett instrument för realtidsbaserad longreadsekvensering, tillhörande förbrukningsmaterial, option på serviceavtal samt option på ytterligare ett instrument. Instrumentet ska möjliggöra realtidssekvensering av nativt DNA med dynamisk sekvensbaserad selektion under pågående körning utan planerade avbrott i sekvenseringen. Instrumentet ska vara ett integrerat sekvenseringssystem som möjliggör parallell hantering av flera sekvenseringsenheter med bibehållen realtidsanalys utan behov av extern IT-infrastruktur för primär dataanalys. Instrumentet ska möjliggöra hög datagenomströmning per körning anpassad för kliniska och forskningsmässiga behov med bibehållen realtidsfunktionalitet och datakvalitet.
