Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zestawów do terapii podciśnieniowej w podziale na części postępowania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 2, 2a ,2b-1, 2b2 do SWZ, a szczegółowe warunki realizacji i rozliczenia zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 8 (dostawa z dzierżawą - w zakresie części nr 1, 2 ), Załącznik nr 8a (dostawa - w zakresie części nr 3, 4), do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
