Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Armii Krajowej w Strzegomiu wraz z wyposażeniem, niezbędną infrastrukturą, zagospodarowaniem terenu na terenie działek o numerach ewidencyjnych 767/11, 769/1 i 769/2 obręb 0003 Śródmieście Nr 3 wraz z przyłączami i sieciami wewnętrznymi na terenie działek o numerach ewidencyjnych 767/12, 768, 767/9 obręb 0003 Śródmieście Nr 3 wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkowanie.
