Description
Bei dem geplanten Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Ersatzneubau einer vierzügigen Grundschule mit Sporthalle und Ganztagsbetreuung. Auf dem Grundstück ist eine umfangreiche Geländeregulierung bzw. Geländeauffüllung erforderlich. Der Baukörper ist überwiegend eingeschossig konzipiert und passt sich dem natürlichen Geländeverlauf an. Einzelne Bereiche, wie etwa die Pausenhalle, sind zweigeschossig ausgeführt. Das geplante Gebäude erstreckt sich über eine Länge von 190 Metern.
