Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wybór Wykonawcy (projektanta), którego obowiązkiem będzie opracowanie zamiennej dokumentacji projektowej wielobranżowej dla przebudowy Stadionu Miejskiego w Olsztynie zlokalizowanego przy alei Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 69A, obejmującej rozbudowę stadionu wraz z parkingami oraz infrastrukturą techniczną zlokalizowanego przy ul. Piłsudskiego i obejmującej wszystkie niezbędne elementy umożliwiające uzyskanie zamiennego pozwolenia na budowę oraz realizację inwestycji, poprzez wprowadzenie zmian wymaganych przez Zamawiającego, w dokumentacji projektowej wykonanej przez PIG ARCHITEKCI Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, w tym wszystkich zmian zawartych w OPZ. W ramach zamówienia Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany do pełnienia nadzoru autorskiego.
