Reconstruction de l'Ehpad La Pelaudine avec : -Création d'unités d'hébergement conventionnelles et sécurisées du type unité Alzheimer et UHR. -Création d'un pôle PASA. -Configuration des services de soins et logistiques afférentes aux unités de vie. -Création des services d'animation compris aménagements extérieurs sécurisés. -Création des services techniques, de cuisine et de blanchisserie. -Configuration des services de l'Ehpad et des flux : soins, administration, logistique... -Recherche d'une performance énergétique de la nouvelle construction.
