Description
El servicio a prestar tendrá como objetivo primordial realizar los servicios necesarios para la prevención, reparación y conservación en perfecto estado del edificio PRIME y de las instalaciones y sistemas de que dispone, así como la realización de soporte puntual al edificio NOVA. Para ello, el adjudicatario deberá efectuar los trabajos de prevención, reparación, mantenimiento y conservación necesarios, de forma que se garantice el normal funcionamiento de las distintas dependencias e instalaciones, y sea posible el normal desarrollo de las actividades propias del Instituto IMDEA Materiales. El mantenimiento incluirá el mantenimiento preventivo, el mantenimiento técnico-legal que por normativa sea aplicable, el mantenimiento correctivo y el mantenimiento conductivo, y en general garantizará el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones de la sede de la Fundación IMDEA Materiales. El alcance de las prestaciones y las características se especifican en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares.
