Die Instandsetzung sämtlicher Dachgeschosse ist in 6 Bauabschnitte gegliedert. Der aktuelle Bauabschnitt bezieht sich auf die Arbeiten am Heinrichflügel (BA 5). Zimmer-und-Holzbauarbeiten ist die denkmalgerechte Sanierung und Instandsetzung des Dachtragwerkes nach Fachgutachten, inklusive der Bekämpfung von Hausschwamm und anderen holzzerstörenden Insekten.
