Description
1. Zamówienie udzielane jest w trybie z wolnej ręki na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 6 ustawy z 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj. Dz.U. 2026 poz. 793.). 2. Wartość zamówienia przekracza progi unijne określone na podstawie art. 3 ustawy Pzp. 3. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa naprawy pojazdu VOLVO FL FLB2C/VP. 4. Kod CPV: 50114000-7 Usługi w zakresie napraw i konserwacji ciężarówek. 5. Postępowanie będzie prowadzone bez podziału na części, ze względu na to, że zamówienie dotyczy wyłącznie jednej jednostki sprzętu, gdzie podział zamówienia na części jest nieuzasadniony. 6. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 1 do zaproszenia.
