Description
Das Center for Functional Proteomics etabliert eine Core-Facility-Infrastruktur für die Einzelzellproteomik, die diversen Forschungsgruppen als Service zur Verfügung gestellt werden soll. Zur Vorbereitung von Einzelzellen für die Flüssigchromatographie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS/MS) wird ein System benötigt, das einzelne Zellen identifiziert, ablegt und in extrem kleinen Reaktionsvolumina prozessiert. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist das System cellenONE X1 Neo (inklusive Fluoreszenzdetektion, Proteomik-Workflow-Paket, Installation und Erstausstattung an Verbrauchsmaterialien).
