Description
Pyydämme tarjoustanne kuntoutujan prosessoriohjatun proteesin (Speed Hand) hankintaan ja ylläpitoon. Kyseessä on 15-vuotias kuntoutuja, jolla on ollut jo aiemmin käytössään prosessoriohjattu proteesi. Kasvun myötä proteesi on jäänyt lyhyeksi ja nykyinen nyrkkikoko (6,5) pieneksi. Kuntoutujalla on kämmentason synnynnäinen puutos. Kyseessä on yksilöllisen tarvehankinnan puitteissa tehdyn apuvälinearvion perusteella suoritettava hankinta. Tarjousta pyydetään seuraaville osa-alueille (1-2): 1) Nuoren myoelektroninen proteesi - SpeedHand 2) Proteesien varaosa- ja ylläpitokulut
