Description
Hankinnan kohteena on prosessoriohjatun reisiproteesin (Kenevo) hankinta ja ylläpito. Kuntoutujalla on entuudestaan käytössään proteesi (3R60). Kyseessä on yksilöllisen tarvehankinnan puitteissa tehdyn apuvälinearvion perusteella suoritettava hankinta. Tarjousta pyydetään seuraavalle (Kenevo) kokoonpanolle: 1) Prosessoriohjattu proteesi - Polvinivel Kenevo (1 kpl) - Jalkaterä Taleo (1 kpl) - Kuorikko jalkaterään (1 kpl) - Laturi (1 kpl) - Valuholkki (1 kpl) - Liner (1 kpl) - Kosmetiikka (1 kpl) - Rotaatioadapteri (1 kpl) 2) Varaosa- ja ylläpitokulut Tarjouksen tulee sisältää myös muu tarvittava proteesityö ja komponentit (kosmetiikka, adapterit, putket sekä proteesin muut komponentit, proteesin yksilöllinen valmistus ja sovitus, käytönopastus ja neuvonta).
