Description
The Stapolin Square housing development is a key strategic residential development located in Baldoyle, Dublin 13. This development forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to mix tenure housing. The subject of this procurement competition is Phase 2 of Stapolin Square and potential subsequent phases as per the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ("PQQ"). Please refer to the PQQ for full details.
