Lahden kaupunki/Lahden Tilakeskus pyytää tarjouksia n. 9500 brm2 laajuisen, uudisrakennuksena toteutettavan vesiliikuntakeskuksen lämpö- vesi- ja viemärisuunnittelusta. Tehtävä sisältää lisäksi jäähdytys- ja kylmäteknisen suunnittelun osuudet. Suunnittelu toteutetaan jaettuna suunnitteluna aikavälillä 5/2026 - 10/2027 ja tavoiteaikataulu hankkeen valmistumiselle on 3/2030.
