Lahden kaupunki / Lahden Tilakeskus pyytää tarjouksia n. 9 500 brm2 laajuisen, uudisrakennuksena toteutettavan vesiliikuntakeskuksen sekä sen yhteyteen kiinteästi rakennettavan n. 290 ap:n/n. 8 400 brm2 pysäköintitalon suunnittelutehtävästä. Suunnittelu toteutetaan jaettuna suunnitteluna aikavälillä 5/2026-10/2027 ja tavoiteaikataulu hankkeen valmistumiselle on 3/2030
